The department is subordinate to Yantai Dongxing Group Co., Ltd. Total building area is 12,000m2. There are more than 350 pieces of equipment of production and test in the department and the main products are hinge pin, hinge pin module, planet shaft, transmission shaft, spline shaft, track link pin, drill rod, sliding block, gasket etc. Main technologies of the department: machining, tempering, medium frequency, surface treatment (chromium plating, galvanization, nickeling, ferro-manganese phosphating), welding, coating etc. The department has 380 staffs now including 16 engineering technicians. There are more than 2000 kinds of products and yearly production capacity is 1800 thousand. The products have passed ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 authentication.。
